3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in USD.
Payments are securely processed via an authorized PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We do not store customers’ credit card details.
Credit card processing fees and transaction charges are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or refund.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
4. Processing Time
In-stock items: 5–7 business days.
Made-to-order items: 14–21 business days production time.
5. Delivery Time
International shipping: estimated 7–21 business days depending on destination and carrier.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
Delivery delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events are beyond our control.
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
6. Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused and unworn
• Item must be returned in original condition and packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Defective Items
If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us and we will handle it accordingly.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
• Made-to-order items
• Custom-made garments
• Altered or personalized pieces
• Items worn, damaged, or altered after delivery
9. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Refund timing may vary depending on the customer’s bank or card issuer.
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

CHARGEBACKS
14. Chargebacks
In the event of a chargeback initiated without prior communication, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide proof of shipment, delivery confirmation, and acceptance of these Terms. Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
FORCE MAJEURE
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, customs delays, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
